A recent survey named Facebook as the #1 source of nutrition misinformation. Have you fallen for any of these?
Yes and no. While there is no research that shows exercising in the dark actually makes you run faster, there are other benefits of running at night.
If you average less than 7 hours of sleep a night, you might have a surprising underlying physical or psychological problem that’s getting in the way.
